My PB12.5 application is throwing the attached error message
" Mismatch in retrieve columns and fetch columns"
when the below embedded query is run in the application.

Below is the query. We are using Sybase 15

select eff_dt, url
into: ld_temp, : is_dms_server
from kg_documentum_details
where for_id = 5
and server_nm = :ls_servername
using ln_tr;
IF ln_tr.sqlcode <> 0 THEN
MessageBox("SQL error ", "Error retreiving from Documentum
Table"+ln_tr.sqlerrtext )
END IF

We ran the query in database painter and it was working
fine.
Please suggest upon this.

Avoid tabs between : and the variables.

Try:
select eff_dt, url
into :ld_temp, :is_dms_server
from kg_documentum_details
where for_id = 5
and server_nm = :ls_servername
using ln_tr;

Make sure the datatypes match.
