I cannot get the Portal Server working. It does not even
install the PortalServer16 service.

Looking at the Books Online at:

http://infocenter.sybase.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.sybase.infocenter.dc38092.1610/doc/html/rad1300357542012.html

it says that the Portal Data Server is required. However, I
cannot find the install or even a reference to this anywhere
other that this section in the documentation.

My server setup is as follows:
OS: Windows 7 64bit Virtual Machine
Licensed version: Power Designer 16.1
PD Patch Level: EBF 20687 16.1.0 ESD #10

- SYSAM (For our floating license)
- SQLAnywhere 12 32bit Repository
I am using the repository and all connections work locally
and remotely.
- Portal Server

Any help would be appreciated,

David

The portal data server is the repository database. You must first
install the repository into a database (SQL Anywhere) before connecting
the Portal to it.
