I'm trying to define a table in PowerDesigner 15.3 (Physical
Model) that is to be created with type Global Temporary
Table for Sybase SQL Anywhere 12.0.1.

But I didn't find any option to define that table type.
Maybe some tweaking of the DMBS properities could do the
trick.

Any thoughts on that?

Open properties of the table and go to Sybase tab. There is
a Temporary table property.

Thank you, that's what I've missed.
