Hi,

I have a geprahically distributed system that has different
versions of Rep Server and ASE. One site has versions 12.X
and the other site has versions 15.X

Is it possible for Rep Server 15.X to replicate with Rep
Server 12.X?

Is it possible for Rep Server 15.X to function as the
replication server in concert with ASE 12.X?

Cheers John

The answer to both questions is 'yes' as long as you're not trying to pass ASE/RS 15 specific features to the older
ASE/RS versions (eg, don't replicate objects with names longer than 30 characters from ASE 15 to ASE/RS 12.x; don't
replicate the newer ASE 15 datatypes to ASE 12.x; etc).
