Hello

I have the feeling to throw a bootle at sea over here but
you never know :)

I'm having trouble with the PowerDesigner 15.2 "Apply model
changes to database..." screen

http://infocenter.sybase.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.sybase.stf.powerdesigner.eclipse.docs_15.0.0/html/daug/daugp500.htm

Why is the list of objects in the left pane tree of this
screen different from the list of objects in the left pane
tree of the "Generate database" screen ?

http://infocenter.sybase.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.sybase.stf.powerdesigner.eclipse.docs_15.0.0/html/daug/daugp439.htm

In our case, it means that changes to synonyms or users for
instance are not written in the SQL script generated by
""Apply model changes to database..." function.

Any idea ?

Yes,

By default, only objects that have changed between the model and the
archive will be shown. De-select the 'Show Objects' button at the top of
the list.

Did you actually change any objects?
