when you add more databases to replication warm standby
setup, what parameters should we be concerned i.e. should
check to see if replication configuration will support the
additional DB added to the warmstandby replication setup?

Not many, if you are expecting volume of the replication transactions to be
much higher after adding new db,
you might want to increase memory_limit and stable queue size
