Hi all,

If you look at an example 11.0.1. API documentation:
http://dcx.sybase.com/index.html#1101/en/ulmbus_en11/ag-apiref-createdatabase.html
and compare it to the 12.0.1. API documentation:
http://dcx.sybase.com/index.html#1201/en/ulmbus/ulavantgo-mbiz-databasemanager-cla-createdatabase-met.html
they are totally different.

Also, the syntax should be JavaScript syntax, but uses more .NET/Java public
void type syntax.

Is the documentation incorrect or has there been major changes to the
functionality of the Ultralite via M-Business Anywhere?

I would have thought that they'd stay pretty much the same seeing as it is
being deprecated.

Cheers,

Shao

I believe we now just default to "UTF8" instead of asking for a
character set in UltraLite when creating a new database (as per my other
post). Since you're using UTF8 anyway, this would appear to be an
equivalent call API for you.

Cheers,
