The tutorial was really frustrating to me.

The only application I was able to make work on Windows Mobile (6.1) was
'Hello World', whereas on the PC everything seems ok.

On WM the applications using a DB return the C000005 exception.

The examples installed with SQL Anywhere 10 work but no DBs of PocketBuilder
tutorial seem to work.

Starting an application I see that DB starts but just after "...accepting
requests" it says "...shutdown requested by DBSTOP".

Can anybody give me a helpful suggestion?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Robin;

Were you using an emulator or a real WM device?

Try a recent EBF for SQL Anywhere 10 (for CE). I seem to recall this
occurring in the version that shipped with PK.

Hi Robin;

Chris could be right about SA 10 needing an EBF. I am on SA 11 and moving
to SA12 for my PB and PK work which of course would support newer devices.
