I just installed a fresh copy of Vista Business (32 bit, SP2) on a machine
and then installed the Advantage ODBC driver v9.10.0.9. The ODBC driver
installed without any errors. However, when I go to add a new data source
(either system or user) and select the Advantage ODBC driver, I get the
following error:

The setup routines for the Advantage StreamlineSQL ODBC ODBC driver could
not be found. Please reinstall the driver.

Once I clear that error, the following comes up:

Drivers ConfigDSN, ConfigDriver, or ConfigTranslator failed
Errors found: Component not found in the Registry.

I've tried installed the ODBC driver using the 'Run as administrator' and
while actually logged on as the local admin, but the same problem still
occurs.

Has anyone else seen this and/or know of a way to fix it?

Thank you

Not sure why it is giving you a problem, but you can copy the file
"C:\Program Files\Advantage 9.10\ODBC\adsset.dll" to the System
directory. That should resolve the error.
