Running PB 7.0.2. I have some users that want to run multiple copies of the PB
application and some that have it minimized so that don't realize they have
started another. The Sybase SQL Server that is in use is also running a lot of
real time applications and begins to get bogged down by active PB applications
that are displaying production information and product tracking. I wanted to
see if there was a way to script a check if the app is already running and exit.
