Hi All,

I have a client who just installed a new gigabit ethernet card in his
WIN 2003 server. He is running Advantage 9.xx and Xbase 1.9. The
software works with the previous network card but the workstations are
unable to connect with the new card.

Interestingly. the Advantage Data Architect works from the workstation
with the new card. How is this possible? Is there a coding issue
involved in changing the network card?

Thanks for your help

S Lorde

ARC might use different client libraries. Use Process Explorer
(Sysinternals) to check for the DLL versions being loaded by ARC and by
your app (ace32.dll, axcws32.dll).
