The tdmlost file in one of our sfm desktop directories, was
inadvertently deleted. I have tried to create a new one and
changed the owner to NEONOper, but this causes the sfm to
shut down. Does anyone know of a way to restore tdmlost or
how to properly create a new one?

Thanks,
Brent

Are you still using Impact v 4.x? You must be because I don't think
that file is used in v 5.4. It's been a while but I don't think you
need to worry about that file not being there. When the sfm wants it,
it will create another one. By deleteing it, you've just done a
little 'clean up' on your system. Hope this helps.

It just contains unroutables, but if you really need it ensure the
permissions are set correctly not just the ownership. If on AIX do a
ls -l and compare it with another sfm on the same system.
