Hi all,

I have a datawindow with 2 nested reports (dw_1 and dw_2). I
can add them (add child -> “datawindow control
reference” ) to a specific node in the XML schema, but
just one. If I add dw1, I cannot add dw_2 or vice versa.
(Always in the same node). Does that mean that I can just
have one nested datawindow for each node in a XML schema?

Thanks a lot in advance

Hi Manel,
I have the same problem and no solution. The only you can do is to add two
elements and add a nested_report to each of this elements. But this destroys
the xml-structure. In the moment work with this two elements and try to
remove them afterwards with PBDOM.
If you have a better solution, please let me know.
thanks...
Andreas

>Hia Andreas,

Thanks for your answer. So far your solution is the only
one. I have tried to change the XML schema using the editor
but I have failed.

Just my $.02, but I deal with such things by running a post-process
transform (XSL) to reformat the document to the desired layout...
