Does anyone have any recommendations on tools for creating and editing
XSL to transform XML?

We would love to find something that does a decent job of allowing a
WYSIWYG type creation of the XSL if possible. XSL is such a pain to
create by hand for complex documents.

EditX
http://www.editix.com/

I primarily picked it because it also handles XSLFO.
