I believe this device is running Symbian 9.1 UIQ 3.0

I do not think that combination is supported with a native Symbian client by
Pylon Anywhere. There is a mistake in the release notes which neglects to
mention that Symbian 9.1 Series 60 is supported, but I do not think that
includes UIQ 3.0

Are you looking for native client support or SyncML support?
