Is there a "getting started" document for setting up a Clipper at to access
via AIS?

I have a clipper App compiled with the IP stuff. I don't have a clue where
to go from here.

It should get installed when you've selected to install the IP libraries
in the Advantage Clipper RDDs install. I think you have to choose the
custom install action to get the IP stuff installed.
